- Second and subsequent units at the same address on the same visit: ฿50 off each.
- A standard clean takes 45 minutes a unit. A strip clean takes an hour and a half to two hours.
- A strip clean means taking the indoor coil down and washing the whole assembly — normally every three or four years, or when the smell comes back within a month of a standard clean. We say which one you need on the day, and four times out of five the answer is the standard one.
- An ordinary house: twice a year. Beside a main road or with pets: three times. A room you barely use: once.
Installation
Labour plus the standard kit: 4 m of copper pipe, insulation, power cable, 2 m of trunking, the wall bracket and the drain hose. You supply the unit.

- Three hours a unit — two consecutive windows — and we never put an installation in the last window of the day.
- We do not install a second-hand unit we have not opened first. Inspection ฿300, deducted from the installation if it goes ahead.

Relocation

- Remove and refit, reusing the existing pipe if it is sound and no more than 4 m. New pipe is charged per metre at the installation rate.
- Most old pipe cannot be reused if it has been cut short, kinked, or flared twice. We look before we quote, and you get the number before anything comes off the wall.
- Four hours, two windows — and the one job we will not start after 13:30.
Repair and inspection
The inspection is ฿400 — voltage, running current and pressures measured, then we tell you what it is. Deducted in full if you go ahead.

Each one carries the money it costs us to refuse, because a promise with no price attached is not a decision.

Refrigerant is not a consumable
An air conditioner is a sealed system. Refrigerant is not consumed the way petrol is. If yours is low, it leaked out — and topping it up without finding the leak sells you the same gas twice.
We will not top up refrigerant without finding the leak first. Not even if you ask us to.
The leak test is ฿800. We quote the repair once we have found it. If it is not worth repairing, we say so.
What that refusal costs us: ฿1,200 and the easiest twenty minutes of the day.

We don’t replace compressors
A compressor, plus gas, plus labour, comes to ฿8,000–12,000. A new 12,000 BTU inverter, fitted, is about ฿15,900.
If the unit is more than eight years old, those two numbers answer the question themselves.
So we tell you to buy the new one — and we fit it at the normal rate, with nothing added.
What that refusal costs us: roughly ฿10,000 a time.

No earth, no water heater
Every water heater needs an earth. If the circuit has none, we run one for ฿800–1,600.
If you would rather not, we do not fit the heater. This is not an upsell; it is a condition we will not skip.

Small appliances
Same truck, same day, same rules. If you want a clean and an extractor fan fitted in the same visit, say so when you book and we allow the time.

We do not do whole-house rewires, main distribution boards, plumbing buried in walls, or anything that means lifting tiles. Those belong to a different trade, and we will name someone.
Warranty
- Cleaning
- 7 days. If the smell or the drip is still there, we come back for nothing.
- Installation
- 1 year on the installation itself — joints, pipe, brackets, drain. The unit carries the manufacturer’s own warranty.
- Repair
- 90 days on labour. Parts carry whatever the manufacturer gives, usually three to six months.
Not covered
- Something else on an old unit failing afterwards
- A drain blocking again from construction dust
- Brownouts, surges and lightning
- A second-hand unit you sourced yourself that we did not inspect first
Paying
- Cash or PromptPay, after the work is done
- No cards
- No deposit, except when something has to be ordered in — then it is half of the parts cost only, and the labour is paid at the end
We are not VAT-registered. We can give you a receipt; we cannot give you a tax invoice. If your company needs one, use a registered contractor — and we tell you that before you book, not after the work.
